YOUR CHALLENGE
- Manage your own team (6 to 8 people at the most) and get them to achieve goals, efficiency, quality and happiness;
- Manage your own clients and projects analysing their needs, helping them to solve their problems using an organized and well-defined management strategy;
- Work in the best e-commerce projects to top brands, using the best scrum methodologies and technologies available;
- Share your own ideas and vision with the teammates in order to growth together with them.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- Good communication skills with the team and clients are essential;
- Be a methodical and very organized person;
- Know how to use project management tools and techniques;
- Understanding that hard working doesn't mean that you are doing a good work. If you have your team well organized it should be a peaceful and beautiful journey;
- Get the potential of each member of your team will make you a leader and not a “boss”.
- Be focused on goals, efficiency and productivity;
- Fast learning and desire to learn and teach;
- Good communication in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
MAIN TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- A deep knowledge with Scrum methodologies applied at web engineering processes.
- A good knowledge with web concepts, technologies and architecture;
- Experience with use of Jira, Trello or similar tools;
- Experience with UML and wireframe tool.
